Vanilla Berry Chia Pudding: By Raw & More

Why should I get Chia Seeds in to my Diet?

These little guys are full of Protein, Fiber, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron and Calcium and are a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids! Ensuring you are getting enough dietary fiber is proven to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity.


Why Chia seeds are the perfect snack to have after Hot Yoga!

Chia Puddings are on our menu at Raw & More because they are full of goodness and insanely REFRESHING! So firstly, pulling a nice cold chia pudding from the fridge after your sweat-a-thon as a dedicated Yogi will make you feel great! Secondly, the Chia Seeds are a very high source of protein, which is exactly what your muscles need to recover! Because of this (plus, because they are delicious!) we have included a simple recipe for you to prepare at home! Enjoy!




To make two servings you’ll need:


50g of Organic Chia Seeds

250ml of Almond Milk

5ml of Natural Vanilla Extract

20ml of Organic Maple Syrup

2 Tbs of Coconut Yoghurt – We sell our handmade yogurts, or you can try to make your own!

Pinch of cinnamon

½ Cup of Berries (frozen or fresh)

1Tbs of shredded coconut




Smash everything together in a bowl except for the berries and coconut. Stir thoroughly and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours. This enables the Chia Seeds to absorb all of the flavour!

Before serving add the berries and coconut, or any other topping you like, such as banana or mango!
