Learn to Love Yourself
Embrace the idea that you’re the best. Don’t take slack from anyone who tells you that you can’t do this or that they doubt you. Always believe that you are worthwhile and there isn’t anyone who can tell you less about yourself.

Spend some time with yourself. Take a break from the fast pace of life. Balance it out. Make time for your loved ones and close. Make them feel good about themselves. Let go from the constant demands of life. Treat yourself with something you love but you don’t usually indulge in.

The idea is to think positive thoughts and let go of the negative ones. Be kind to accept what is given to you and not to regret upon anything that you missed out on. The best way is to have enough sleep, calm yourself down and achieve peace of mind. Even if you are insomniac, select a good movie to watch, indulge yourself and you will probably get some nice sleep at the end of it.
Not Everything is Less in Quantity
Be thankful for everything that you have and anything that you don’t. Be content with the much simpler things in life like breathing, seeing and hearing. Money can’t always buy everything. Be kind to appreciate the small things in life.
