So you’ve heard the hype about Hot Yoga… except you’re beginning to realise that it isn’t just a hype…
People around you are getting fit, changing the way they live, being more mindful, losing weight and have a certain ‘glow’ about them – all from the hot yoga classes they have been going to! If you have been following us on our social media accounts and blogs, you would have seen all the amazing benefits that it has brought to our lives – and we couldn’t be happier (or fitter!).
Now you want to come and see what it’s all about… but you’re unsure about what to expect? No worries, because we are hot yoga enthusiasts (we live and breathe it!) and we have come up with a little blog post about what you need to do to prepare for your first class – as well as what to expect during it!
“My best advice? Get ready to SWEAT! Bring a full-length towel (a non-slip yoga towel is best!) and a big bottle of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your class – more than you usually would. I would also recommend not eating at least two hours before class, due to some of the compression postures and the heat!”

REMEMBER: Attend at least 2-3 classes before you make up your mind about hot yoga. Sometimes it isn’t about your fitness levels, but more about your body getting used to that heat! Give it a chance and we promise you will love it!
