HOT CLASSES
Hot Blend
Hot Blend is a signature fitness based sequence. This class is a perfect mix of challenging flows and strong movement. This class focuses on building clients upper body strength and core. Beginning with setting your intention, pranayama breathing. Once the body has warmed up you will move through, sun salutations, progressing into energetic asana’s including challenging balancing postures. Our standing sequence will build your strength and core whilst moving the body through yogic poses. The class will end with a cool down floor sequence followed by a savasana. Download timetable
Hot Flow
Hot Flow is a challenging practice that focuses on using energy whilst discovering your breath during asanas. Your mind and body will connect during this practice leaving you feeling synchronised and revitalised. This class allows you to engage your body, mind and soul and finishes off with a calming savasana. This practice is great for all levels of experience. Download timetable
Hot Flow 45
An 45 minute power version of our Hot Vinyasa class – perfect for anyone who needs their yoga finished before an early start to the work day. This beautiful sequence focuses on using calm energy whilst discovering your breath during smooth asanas. Your mind and body will connect during this practice leaving you feeling synchronised, peaceful and revitalised. This class allows you to engage your body, mind and soul and finishes off with a calming Savasana. This practice flows beautifully to suit intermediate to advanced members. Download timetable
Hot Hatha
Hot Hatha is a mindful practice full of static postures, mindful breathwork and a manageable pace. Suitable for intermediate and advanced levels, this style of static asana’s allows for a greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing. This is a great class to start allowing you to get comfortable with the asana’s and the heat of the room. Download timetable
Hot Mat Pilates
You can expect to get your sweat on. Build foundational strength and target specific muscle groups through a range of dynamic movements on the Mat. Pilates Mat classes incorporate body-weight and resistance based exercises to improve deep abdominal core stability, improve posture, improve flexibility and tone muscles to create a more balanced body. In each class you will work a variety of different muscle groups. Targeting multiple areas of the body will leave you feeling stronger, connected to your mind and body and content with a well-rounded workout. Hot Power
This class is a 60 minute power yoga class in 40 degrees. You will be guided through a strong Vinyasa sequence, using breath and movement to fire up the core. The class is designed to build strength and activate muscles to get the body firing up and detoxing. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced Yogis however, beginners are encourage to come and try. Beginners will be given modifications to asanas throughout the class. Download timetable
Hot Physique
Hot Physique is our signature peak physique fitness based class. This class is popular and we invite all levels to participate. The class commences by setting an intention, moving into breath work and warming up the body. The sequence moves into a dynamic, challenging standing sequence connecting sun salutations, challenging push ups, through to static yoga postures. This challenging and dynamic series transitions into a floor sequence focusing on the core. The class is finished off with a stretching and cooling down the body moving into a beautiful savasana. Hot Vinyasa
This hot class begins with a floor based warm up followed by Sun Salutations and variations flowing with the breath. This focus on pairing the breath with movement aids in quieting the busyness of the mind. This challenging and intuitive sequencing provides options for members of all levels. Expect a focus on safe body alignment with yogic philosophy sprinkled in. To close the practice you can expect a meditative Savasana leaving you energised, refreshed and focussed.Download timetable
Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is an intermediate class where you will move dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. The flow will be energising with focus on stamina, strength and breath. You will love the mixture of meditation, breath-work and energising movement. This class will start with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. This class will be challenging and fun. Hot 26+2
If you love your Bikram Yoga this class is for you. This class is designed for beginners to advanced yogis. 26 + 2 Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room over 90 minutes. Download timetable
Inferno HIIT Pilates
Inferno HIIT Pilates is a training system using Pilates Principles along with High Intensity Interval training (HIIT). Hand weights are used to help tone and sculpt your body. This is a full body workout designed to create long lean muscle mass, burn fat, and increase your fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation and increases flexibility. Class is performed on a yoga mat (strictly mat work) making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels: first time and experienced students alike. WARM CLASSES
Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga, a modern day form of the classical yoga, consists of a series of poses executed in swift succession, combined with deep, controlled breathing. The ultimate purpose of the Ashtanga practice is purification of the body and mind. By moving in asana quickly and powerfully it creates heat in the body which enables the body to access the poses much more easily. Download timetable
Warm Flow
Warm Flow is a beautiful practice that focuses on using calm energy whilst discovering your breath during slow smooth asanas. Your mind and body will connect during this practice leaving you feeling synchronised, peaceful and revitalised. This class allows you to engage your body, mind and soul and finishes off with a calming Savasana. This practice is gentle and flows beautifully to suit beginners to advanced members. Warm Hatha
Warm Hatha is a mindful practice full of static postures, mindful breathwork and a manageable pace. This style static asana’s allows for a greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing, making the practice accessible to yogis of all levels. Warm Physique
Warm Physique is designed for the yogi who is a little unsure of our hot classes. It is a progression class to assist you into moving into our hot classes. The Warm Physique class follows a similar sequence to our Hot Physique class, with less intensity and postures. We commence this class by focusing on intention and goal building. Following onto two sets of different breathing, sun salutations including utilising gentle modifications. During the floor postures we work on our hips and core, giving you an all over body workout and stretch. Don’t be surprised if you still build up a sweat, this class allows you to build confidence ready to move to the next level of hot yoga. Download timetable
Warm Restore
Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body, allowing for conscious relaxation, soothing the nervous system and easing stress from both body and mind. Poses are held for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more, inviting a typically mellow and low-energy class, making it a great complement to more active yoga practices ,as well as our busy lives and an excellent antidote to stress. This form of stillness is a powerful practice. It is a deeply restful class suitable for all levels, which is sure to recharge your batteries. Download timetable
Warm Vinyasa Beginners
Warm Vinyasa Beginners is a beautiful sequence that focuses on using calm energy whilst discovering your breath during smooth asanas. Your mind and body will connect during this practice leaving you feeling synchronised, peaceful and revitalised. This class allows you to engage your body, mind and soul and finishes off with a calming Savasana. This practice flows beautifully to suit beginner members or intermediate and advanced members wanting a less intense vinyasa practice. Download timetable
Warm Vin-Yin
A beautiful balance of an energizing Vinyasa Flow to enliven and build strength in the body followed by passive Yin poses to balance the nervous system and target the joints and deep connective tissue. The room is heated to 28-30 degrees and the instructor will be thoughtfully sequencing the class specifically for early morning to get your physical body and your mindset ready to tackle the day. Warm Yin
This class is a great way to stretch and lengthen tight muscles. Yin is a slower paced yoga style designed to target connective tissues, ligaments, bones and joints of the body. Our yin yoga classes are designed to perfectly complement our other classes offered at the studio. Once you experience a yin class you will start to feel and notice muscles in a whole new way and realise you may have only reached half your potential in your asana practice! Download timetable
Yin & Ashtanga Flow
Our Yin + Ashtanga class is the best of both worlds. We start our practice with Yin to create space in the body, and open the meridians. Reawakening the body with Ujjayi breath as we move into the Ashtanga part of the practice. A traditional practice with Sun salutations to create natural heat in the body. You will feel the energy move through your open meridians as we breathe, hold and bind our way through standing and seated asanas. This practice will balance your Yin & Yang. After a restful Savasana you will be physically, emotionally and spiritually energised. Download timetable
Yin Restore Meditation
This is a Restorative / Yin yoga class that is designed to move slowly as a means to calm the mind and nervous system providing the opportunity to turn inward, and focus on the breath and relaxation. Class usually begins with a mini meditation, body scan or mindfulness of breath which assists the body and mind to settle. Sunday Yin /Restore sessions usually combines of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the upper and lower part of the body. These areas are especially rich in fascia, our connective tissue. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Download timetable
NON-HEATED CLASSES
Beginners Yoga
This 45 min class is designed for people who have never stepped on a yoga mat. You will learn basic asanas, breathwork and basic philosophy. This class is designed to be a fun learning experience for people to progress to the warm and hot rooms. Highly recommended for someone wanting to start their yoga journey. Download timetable
Hatha Harmony
Hatha Yoga forms the foundation of yoga practice. Suited to all levels, this class focuses on static poses and is gentle. In spite of its gentle nature, it can still be challenging. It involves moving your body slowly and deliberately into poses that challenge your strength and flexibility while also focusing on mindfulness and relaxation. Step onto the path of self discovery and balance with our “Hatha Harmony” class – a 75-minute non-heated journey that will leave you refreshed, revitalised, and reconnected with your inner self! Qigong
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practise that can be considered to occupy the same role that yoga occupies in India. This class teaches a form of Daoist medical Qigong, that fuses ancient Chinese practises with modern sports science to optimise human health. The style presented is White Tiger Qigong, and is a gentle moving practise suitable for all levels, and offers a good complement to more intense styles of hot yoga and pilates. No mat is required, and the room will not be heated. Download timetable
Yoga Nidra
Reap the benefits of a deep non sleep rest, through ancient teachings of yoga nidra. This is a guided class that takes your body into a deep state of healing and resting. Let go, relax and feel refreshed. This is a 20 min express class, offered as an add-on after Vinyasa 45 or a stand alone class for a mini wind down.Download timetable

Join us at Peak Physique Hot Yoga Brighton and experience first hand our signature style of hot yoga.
We are a welcoming and inclusive practice open to all, with our certified instructors teaching at all levels from beginner through to experienced.
Our studio utilises infrared radiant heaters to improve the results of our fitness based yoga method, which has been shown to be greatly beneficial to your health across the board. With a strong focus on mindfulness you will find our method to dramatically improve your mental as well as physical health.
The studio is located on the corner of Jetty Rd and Brighton Rd.
